While the world is suffering from the pandemic, you might also be suffering from discrimination because of your gender identity. You might be already suffering from sadness or anguish because you have been harshly treated. I know what it feels like. Some people are mistreating you because of your gender identity.
I am writing this letter because I simply cannot stand the sight of people displaying prejudice against the LGBTQI community. I firmly believe that every person must receive respect, regardless of sexual orientation.
Therefore, I am expressing my love and respect for the LGBTQI community. If you're reading this, I want to cheer you up. You are a person who deserves love. You're an individual worthy of hugs, high-fives and compliments. Let no anti-LGBTQI hinder you from expressing yourself.
You are not alone in this quarantine. Wherever you are, I am sending my respect for a courageous individual who will overcome prejudice and merit love.
